Self-paced, Lean Certification that begins with the basics of Base Camp awareness through a learn-do approach. This will include additional Lean Certifications you can select to leverage your Base Camp awareness & advance your lean development through our stabilization, growth

Lean Coaching

These are on-line, one-on-one mentoring sessions to help develop deeper understanding of methods and tools. Helping you think through the “what and how” to apply to your workplace to achieve results.

Lean Consulting

These sessions are in-person workshops where we come to your location & host with you & your team. A session is tailored to your needs and the problems you are looking to solve. Examples of workshops are: 5S Workplace Organization, Value-Stream Mapping, Kaizen Event, or True North Strategy sessions, etc.
